Non-Disclosure Agreement; or NDA

It is our guarantee that you have complete security and ownership of your idea.
Our basic NDA provides you with the security that your idea is protected. We will not sell, divulge, or in any other manner, transmit your idea in any form what-so-ever, to any person or entity, not signed as "privileged" to view such information for manufacture.
Our staff at VosbergEnterprises and any of our partners has signed a general NDA so that quotes, first articles, prototypes, etc., can be manufactured in a time driven process without fear of losing ownership. Your own NDA will supercede our agreement and will follow your idea through turn-key processing if that is your desire.
